"I contacted the service dept reference desperately needing new tires on my 2001 Honda Goldwing 1800. Jamie made sure that I was able to get right in the next morning. VERY nice and helpful even though they were incredibly busy. Once there, I asked if they could also install my new turn-down exhaust tips and without hesitation, they agreed. Later, that day, I went inside to pick up the bike, unbeknown to me, they already had my bike loaded on my trailer and I was ready to go. OUTSTANDING!! Thank you! -Bill"

"KUDOS I just bought my new Yamaha Roadstar from some dude in Gladstone. Not knowing much about the bike other than reading about it online. After picking up the bike i head straight to shawnee cycle wanting a couple pieces of chrome for the head and running lights. Rodger one of my parts guys sees me pull into ther parking lot and meets me at the door. He and I walk out to look at my new baby. We are checking it out and chewing the fat when he tells me to get the (vin) off the bike and see Jim in service so i did. Jim runs the (vin) and finds a recall on the transmission and that the first owner never had the gear upgrade completed. So Jim hurys to the phone calls Yamaha while i stood there ordered my parts and now my new baby is getting a new tranny FREE OF CHARGE. Awesome job Guys I have never been treated so good and just walking in the door where the people working there know me by name ( hello Rob ) evertime i walk in there. I will never buy or go any place eles other than Shawnee Cycle for my next bike or parts for my Roadstar agian. After all they could of not told me anything and my transmission could have locked up on me and maybe even gone down because of it. But because of the guys being truthful with me It will be safe riding this summer................. Other than dumb ass people in cars and on phones.... Thanks guys for eveything"

"I purchased my first Bike last summer, a 1999 Honda Magna 750,a month later I traded it in for a 2005 Yamaha FZ6 that I spotted in your inventory while looking for a Bike for my Son. A few weeks later I purchased a 2000 Honda CBR F4I for my son. Mike Sarver was excellent,he was extremely patient, very friendly and above all a nice guy. In 2.5 months I purchased 3 bikes from Mike, he made the whole process smooth, friendly and hassle free. "I came to Shawnee from another local dealer, who shall remain anonymous. Do not go there! Shawnee was a huge step up from that, but is a great dealership in its own right, not just in comparison. The purchase process was painless and friendly. Good so far, but at some places the friendliness seems to end there. But I am greeted every time I come in, the service department is awesome, even coming out and tightening some bolts I did not have the right sized star socket for at no charge. Everyone, including usually all the customers, is friendly and helpful, and the whole place is just a nice place to visit. Keep up the good work."
